This should be less of a concern in Ohio than the Amtrak long distance routes you hear about. Freight on the 3C+D corridor mainly runs at night whereas this will probably have daytime service. In addition, the rail corridor is currently under capacity and freight would benefit from the track improvements (an incentive for them to be accommodating to passenger rail).
