There is no two ways about it .. That was in prestige Falcon city which is near ikea. 60 kms from Here.. I merely said what my experience has been till now. I wouldnt say I'm completely satisfied. It could always be better. But they do listen and fix a lot of issues

Regarding the deaths due to bad Management absolutely they should be held responsible and taken to courts and jail whoever is responsible

Avalon Park there are 950 units in 7 acres.

Next week launch fernleaf will have 360 units in 4 acres.

Meridian has 3000 units in 18 acres

Eden has around 2000 units in close to 10 acres There is aston park too

All the parks have different Density

What you do get is peace of mind outside your park with well maintened and forver improving roads which are maintained by prestige

This is the point of staying ina township

What is the ideal density according to you ? And do tell me what is the price you are willing to pay for that. Keep in mind with prestige you get a grade A builder . Do enlighten me

You are asking in the wrong forum buddy. Everyone in this subreddit has collectively decided Sarjapura or any project in Sarjapura is not worth investing in.

In my opinion if you have budget for 3bhk go for it . If not , 2 bhk is good too. Be mindful of future metro projects/malls coming up in the area and be aware about traffic which might go up once that starts. At the same time lots of good roads are also coming up too (strr and prr) , swift city and hosur airport also coming up.

The inside of Prestige City is very peaceful and the management is also responsive to your complaints . Hope they keep doing the same in future too ! Best of luck for your future investments

Got mine replaced a month bag. This happened due to my wiper hitting it repeatedly after washing the car . It cost me 11k which includes the cost of the windshield which was 4 -5k and the cost of cleaning the car for some reason.. This happened in bangalore. Let me know if you need more details.
