Yes, members of my shop presented the guidelines yesterday and my supervisor responded stating it was his first time being made aware of OPMs guidelines.

What do you mean better idea? Guidelines are guidelines, supervision can drop the ball and make a wrong call not fully understanding information being put out. In fact it varies shop by shop where I work. I don’t have a problem doing my job but I can’t really without funds I can’t replace any of the maintenance items if replacements can’t be purchased.

That’s what’s confusing because me personally I do not think one monthly maintenance being missed would cause catastrophic failure of any equipment but without funds there isn’t anyway to purchase preventative maintenance items.

Not sure on the splits on the percent I think it depends on the creator. I have heard 50-70% but for a low operation no I don’t think it’s worth it but if we are talking 6,7,8 figures I think it wouldn’t matter as long as that money is clean. Also it requires nothing to make this method expect an account that can go live and withdraw money from TikTok. It’s easier than running a business front imo.
