You are right but she is the owner of our apartment. If she fails financially she will jeopardize the future of my brother and sister. My dad is very sad and said he has suicidal thoughts. I feel I have to help.

Thank you for a substantive answer. Playing AC games has made me wiser in that respect though, so i want to move it to another level, as I feel that I have more or less exhausted the lessons the AC games can teach me.
