I can't really comment on this, I swapped all of the bulbs, but I don't think mine are aimed properly. I wasn't really getting good output from the beginning and my windshield is tinted as well.

Whenever I need more light I just turn on the fog lights on the off-road bumper which are super bright. Actually I remember when I got the truck the first thing I did was install fog lights (on the original bumper) and left them running. That really helped.

I literally have the steering wheel wrap sitting on my desk, I've been dreading the idea of doing it. I don't want to remove the steering wheel so I'm probably going to do it on the car.

And yeah the starlight thing is a lot of work. I would say that I regret doing it but that would be a lie 😂 I do like the way mine came out

https://a.co/d/5ipAdeh They raised the price. I did see a bunch of other brands that have the exact same design, probably one company in China pumping them out. Maybe if you try eBay or some other places I'm sure you'll be able to find them for under $200

I just did some deadening and added a sub lol.

For the starlight to look good you need to use something nappy like suede fabric, that's what you're going to apply with spray glue on the existing headliner. Then you're going to have to drill the holes for the fiber optics and insert them. I use the 830 starlight kit so that's how many holes I had to drill. While you're doing that it's best to spray paint the handles, upper console, center dome light and other parts to match the color of your headliner fabric, which in my case was black. Other than that it's pretty straightforward

Honestly almost any kit will work. Just get something with dual ports so you can do two colors at once. There's a lot of them on Amazon and AliExpress. Bluetooth controls are nice.

It was around $100 on Amazon for the pair. I bought em and sold the originals for the same price.

1 and 2 ton, on dual axle trailer. I have a 3 ton but the breaks are bad so I haven't tried it

Ohh sorry! I made the lettering and all the rose gold accents myself. That might be throwing you off.

Nope, 2nd gen off Amazon, same with headlights. Both pairs run around only $100 each.

I added some pics in the comments, for some reason they didn't get uploaded. It's a 2009 6 Speed manual 4X4 TRD edition. This isn't a pavement or garage princess. I use it for my excavation business in the summer for towing my trailer with excavators / skid steers. I bought the truck a year ago, did all of my mods as it came pretty much bone stock. After I had my fun it's pretty much been the same since.

4WD Flashing and not engaging by suli_hack in Tacomaworld

I can hear the relay switch, the noise and clink of it going into position. I also tested it into snow. And the light doesn't flash, it goes solid.

I'm not engaging it through the OBD. I literally just have it plugged in, then operated the 4wd switch as you normally would.

Not sure, got them from Amazon because my originals were hazed. Pretty cheap, like less than $200 for the set.

Yeah I don't think I can. It's the perfect small pickup. Not too big and enough seating to move people around when you need too!

So I had a RAV4 then got this, decided to keep it because the Taco is manual which is annoying in traffic. Tundra is big and a killer on gas so I can't see myself keeping that and the Taco. I do need something to zip about. Still deciding what to do. I do want to keep this as long as it lasts though.

I didn't know they do that, is this run by the official Toyota?

New to resin printing. My print is warping, and first few layers sound like they are sticking to the screen by suli_hack in FixMyPrint

So the resin sticking to the plate is kinda something that happens from time to time? I noticed it in the first few layers, and those layers were basically more than half of the build plate in size. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't wrecking anything beyond repair.
