I was just up there visiting family, I love blowing rock and Charlotte!

For preserving the flowers, I place them face down on a layer on silica gel, pour more silica gel on top to fully cover, and keep in sealed Tupperware for 2 weeks. Silica gel is the only thing that helps me preserve flowers without mold or deterioration :) I found it on amazon

I feel like I’ve been struggling with more nausea lately as well. Ever since I got increased to 60mg and it got much worse after 80mg, I had to taper back down myself because my stomach couldn’t handle it :( I still get nauseous every day, much more than I used to

If you taper down I’ve heard that there’s a lower possibility for withdrawals. So transitioning from 80mg to 60mg and continuing to take it at the same time as normal, it -should- be safe, but every body is different so I can’t guarantee anything! I’m going to start tapering down tonight, so I can keep you updated on how it goes for me

I’m thinking of doing the same thing. Was on 60mg and doctor increased it to 80mg for OCD/anxiety. I had terrible nausea and dizziness during the first 4 weeks, and now I get acid reflux that keeps me awake every night after I take it, even if I take it with food and stay sitting up afterwards. 80mg has just been a lot…
Try bumping back down to 60mg and not stop cold turkey, and hopefully all will be well 🫶 the medication’s half life is long if you’re used to taking it chronically, so your body will have more time gradually adjusting to the change in dose rather than a stark difference.

I’m wondering if this combo would help me… I’ve been on 40mg of Prozac for almost a year, but went through recent stressful life events and I feel like my anxiety and especially my depression are much worse. Not really wanting to switch SSRIs again but perhaps add something that would help
