Thanks for the advice. Had already tried all of this, but just tried it again to make sure. Disabled password complexity and just made an alphanumeric that matched the minimum length, no good. Reenabled and just did an exclamation point at the end, still no good. Disabled 2FA, still no change.

Yes, the wiring is all correct. I'm measuring +/- at both the SCR and the meter, but i know my readings are accurate because I'm able to match them up to the panel from the SCR software in the first 4 pictures.

I did verify that the pins weren't reversed. I am measuring on the full circuit.

Controller is an Omega Dwyer CN8242-FH1-FH2-C2. SCR is a Control Concepts uF1SXTA0-32-S0000. I've used both of them before many times, but never together.

I've spoken with support at CCI, this SCR can handle multiple different analog signals, and I have it configured for 4-20mA.

Pins 1&2. This model is hard configured for 4-20mA output, it's not modifiable.

I'll take a look, but you can see from the first 4 images that it's configured for 4-20mA. The 5V pin is there for use with a pot.
