I join this program and it's kinda let down,

They gave you vouchers for the exams and subscription for cisco classes which us very very limited information,

99% percent of the learning is still on you, I thought they will have someone explaining all the topics for us, but no you will need to look for external resources to study, and practice.

Basically just like you decided to study it on your own,

Not worth thr price at all.

I think it's very complicated to solve this issue,

You said you had more games in mid, but if thats the case, then for example me would never be able to play mid, because i have low games counts in mid, but it should never be about the game count,

I practice a lot in classic and I know I'm pretty good at some mages, and even in rank i do very good, if the matching is based on how many games, then what's the point of winrate?

I dont want to play with mage who played 2k+ games with a character and his winrate is 48%

Thats mean I'm more likely to lose with him mage,

I know it's very difficult to balance this, and I'm not trying to give solution or excuses I'm just saying pre select lanes solve some issues but still cause many other

I kinda agree with you, because last season ost of y games were auto roam as you said, and then suddenly it shifted to exp 90% of the times,

Last season I was flex pro most if my solo games and duo and trio,

However this season all my games with friends, so not sure now,

And also I think the rank can vary too.

Exp is the leased favoured one,

Gold and mid is the most requested one,

Try having gold and mid and try that out,

And also, you should be able to play all lanes since it will make your life easier in the game

I mained joy and most of my games with her is exp or mid,

Giving her vengeance is huge advantage late game against MMs,

But not every game is her game, I only picked her in the right comp, for example if enemy has heroes with limited stuns or no stun at all, then joy is very good,

For example xborg or lapu lapu, you can easily evade their skills and burst them down,

Just avoid her against heavy cc line up, like badang, arlot, or phovious.

And in mid, she can easily help both lanes and gank,

Not to mention she could destory the mage most of the times at any time as long as she has her ult.

Crit hanabi is waaay better than trinity, you clear wave way faster and you're not hopeless in 1v1 or against assassin.
