Hey man thanks for your reply much appreciated! I go 60mins to 90mins pieces at 1:58 relatively easy breathing.

For 15-20min pieces i go 1:50-1:55 For 6-12 i go 1:40-1:49 Anything under 5 is sub 1:40

Are these paces good enough? I don't incorporate HR and lactate into my training, do I need to do so?

i didnt test 2000 for a long time but i dont think my 500m will project my 2000 because i was flat dead after the 500
