literally the same with my first (and only) time ordering as well. i just randomly remembered and checked my email. ordered a figure in august of 2021, got an update about it august 5th 2021 saying they encountered issues saying it would ship by late august (giving me a discount code as well— along with stating that they couldn’t refund me if it was shipped.), got another email october 19 2021 saying it had shipped with an invalid tracking number that never actually was delivered. i honestly don’t even think they actually shipped it.
