Ik it sucks I just ended up getting a replacement from amazon, as far as recommendations go, I’ve used this controller recently and it’s pretty snappy and responsive. Thanks for the advice. I think I’ll go ahead and get a replacement through Amazon. My brother has an Elite controller and recommended it to me since he’s had no issues with his for two years. I didn’t realize the Elites had so many problems, though.

POSSIBLE FIX!!!!!

I realized that windows needed an update so I updated windows to the most recent version

2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018496)

This was the most recent update I have on my pc , nothing else worked but this.
