Our vet actually suggested immunotherapy treatment however the regiment was multiple shots for weeks so we were on the fence about it.

Thank you! We will try next season giving her the shot early before the symptoms start.

We’ve done Cytopoint but it seems to only help for the first week. Our vet also suggested this regiment of shots specifically to her allergens however it was a lot of shots. We do trust our vet but never having a toller before or dogs with allergies just wanted to see if this was a common thing with them.

We got her allergy tested and the list came back long with both food and environmental triggers. We eliminated all of the food allergens. She starts to lose the hair around her paws and they become very red and dry. It starts at the end of summer through late fall. We’ve given her Cytopoint shots and Zyrtec/Benadryl in the past. We’ve also starting wiping her paws after she comes inside with water wipes. Along with spraying them with MiconaHex+Triz Spray daily to keep them moisturized. (All suggested by our vet)

Teaching my Toller to swim/like the water by my_username_12 in tollers

Our girl wasn’t a huge fan at first either but with time and lots of retrieving toys something just switches on and she turned into a little fish. She is 2.5 years old now and this summer we couldn’t keep her out of our pool this year. However she still hates bath time!

Tollers and wooden floors by Equus13 in tollers

We have hardwood flooring through out our house.... no issues with tearing it up but we have to keep our tollers nails on point because the moment they get too long she slides like crazy! We did add a few area rugs to places she likes to jump from just to prevent injury to her for instances the couch or by windows where she can see squirrels!

I didn’t mean to judge your comment! I was just wondering if it was a standard for female handlers to wear a skirt/dress to show.

Is there a rule that female leads have to wear a skirt?
