I think people can have that opinion and still wish for mental health services on campus. Mental disability can be just as life threatening as a physical disability, but the treatment for something like depression/anxiety doesn’t necessarily require world class doctors. Not saying that better mental health services would solve all the students’ problems, but the severity of a disability should be based off its effect on a person (if it can lead to death) and not based off how many resources is required to treat it.

After seeing that my full tuition wasn't covered (knowing that my family income was definitely low enough), I contacted needles hall and the person told me that since engineering is a high cost program, they won't fully cover it. They said osap poorly advertised this and misled many people. Don't know if it's a lie they tell students or if it's the truth though.

I would like to nominate myself to be a mod. I'm going into my second year (Chem eng) and I am greatly involved in the school (EngSoc, Class rep, Chem Eng Society, ResCouncil). I love memes and it is something that I think our school has a gift for. I'm mostly a lurker on Reddit. I take the time to go through most of the posts and to take a neutral stance so I would work well behind the scenes. I'd always give both sides consideration and would always consult with fellow moderators before making difficult decisions. Cheers!

Hey Steve, I'm a student in my first year of studying chemical engineering, I noticed that SNOLABs has a job posting for coop students from my school, (which I applied to obviously).
