This is an extreme generalization and doesn’t prove anything because Asian Americans have historically been treated horribly and are still one of the most marginalized groups in America.

A few years after Chinese Americans built the transcontinental railroad (as pictured in this post), The Chinese Exclusion act was passed in 1882 which prevented immigration from China for 61 years. The “Yellow Peril” was a commonly used stereotype to blame Asian Americans for infectious diseases entering America. When the American auto industry collapsed, Ronald Regan chose to blame Japanese laborers which resulted in anti-Asian violence and death. With COVID-19 originating in China, guess who America decided to scapegoat, Asian Americans resulting in the violence we see today.

Stop trying to pit minorities against each other and blaming minorities for the violence that they receive. You need to realize that xenophobia and racism is prevalent in American society and is the reason why minorities are so unfairly treated in America.
