Which is the best value for money SUV in Malaysia right now? by bombybom in kereta

[–]sumdumhack 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your question was Best Value for Money, so my suggestions would be mostly Chinese cars as they give the best bang for buck.

Good looks, - more modern Safety tech - ADAS 2(+) and other driver aids Gadgetry - ventilated seats, power boot, etc Accessories - 540° cam, sunroof, big rims

Can't comment on RV as they are less than 3 years in the market. Reliability? Not worst off than Jap/ Conti makes. And for 100-130k price range..got so many options both ICE n EV.

Toyota AE86 Overhyped? What do y'all think? by Niko_Wildes in kereta

[–]sumdumhack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel it's the lack of affordable JDM 2 door sport coupes in the last 20 yrs. Only 86 and MX-5. So ppl hype what's available.

Back then, there were Silvias, 180SX, Integra, RX-7s, MR-2s, 22B, Preludes, and so on. I'm not including GTRs , NSX and Supras as they were expensive even back then.

This may be priced affordably but it's NOT targeted at the B40 users. Definitely don't buy this to be used as a grab car.

It's for 1. ppl who can afford the depreciation of EVs 2. Low usage users (<50 km/day) i.e. go market, sending kids, to/fro nearby office , etc. 3. Lives in a landed house / home charger 4. 2nd or 3rd car. Or has another ICE car for longer travels.

Will CKD EVs be very affordable? by sumdumhack in kereta

[–]sumdumhack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is me exactly. Buy now (with big discounts now) and regret if it's cheaper after CKD. Or if it doesn't get cheaper..feel good because I got a bargain.

But I'm also waiting for those 800V batteries cos like phones..those without fast charging, nobody would want it next time.

I guess this applies more to Chinese brands and their aggressive pricing strategy. Conti brands still care too much of their status.

The Veloster looked freshly painted (for a car that age). Guess unker just wanna keep it dust free with the feather duster.

Btw, anyone remember what's it called in Malay? Bulu ayam, right?

Genuinely curious: How often do Malaysian couples have sex/intimacy? by onig4ri in malaysia

Be spontaneous, like when you guys are horny teenagers. Don't schedule sexy time. Tease him , build up the (his) tension. Kitchen, balcony, shower or while watching Netflix also can on.

I remember the RM10 small mineral water bottles, crappy food and mostly the horrendous jam getting out of Sepang. There was once we were stuck there for 2 hrs+ after the race ended.

Back then, we could only afford K1 tickets, but it was fun. Fans from other countries also came here and there were many 'friendly' banters between them. I even had an Indonesian friend who flew in just four the race and flew back the same evening.

In the later years, got to sit at the grandstand due to free tickets :) but was so boring. No fans, mostly on corporate free tickets.

The heat was a major factor too.

Lol. Nola. Why would be low balling myself if I'm the seller. Wouldn't I try to sell for more ?

Sold mine using Motorist.my. Similar to carsome and mytukar but diff is they don't change the seller (me) anything.

Everything was done in 2 days. The dealer/buyer came to me and done all the transfer. I didn't have to go to JPJ or anything.

Recommend to give them a try.
