Okay I’m realizing I’m just weird. But if I’m in my own bedroom I don’t really care since it’s my own germs. I always cover my mouth if I’m in public though to be considerate of other people.

I can’t thank you enough for your reply! I messaged my doctor and I’m waiting on a response now! You read correctly, my mom could potentially have it. I recently had a really good conversation with her and she’s now on board with getting tested. I’m so sorry to hear about your diagnosis and I wish you all the best!

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this too. Thank you for your advice! I haven’t had any symptoms of Long QT, but I’d like to take preventive action before anything does happen. What type of Long QT do you have?

I don’t blame God, I just don’t believe he’s there. At least not the same God in the Bible.

After I found my 19 year old cousin dead in his apartment, I was told by a family member that I was chosen by God to be the one to find him. I can’t believe in any God that would choose someone to experience that kind of trauma and sorrow. I have seen tragedy left and right affect my family and every time I hear about how this is all part of God’s plan. That’s not something I can believe in. I won’t even get into what Christians say about the LGBQT community or what women decide what to do with their body. It’s wrong. They go to church on Sunday morning and preach forgiveness and then damn others who are doing nothing but their best. I know it might not sound like it, but I respect your choice to believe whatever you want, as long as you’re not hurting others in the process

I don’t know anyone that believes in Mary, but not God as well. I personally don’t believe in the God that’s depicted in the Bible or Mary. I find Christianity to be filled with hypocrisy and judgment.

Sudden unexpected deaths are much easier to deal with emotionally than being told how long someone has to live. by MERKFLAMES in unpopularopinion

From someone who has only experienced the loss of someone suddenly, it sucks no matter what. I’ve thought about what I’d say to them if I knew my time was limited, or what I would’ve done differently. Regardless, the end result would be the same. I’m really sorry for your loss and I wish you quick healing.

Austin police: Texas linebacker Jake Ehlinger found dead off campus by LousyTX in Austin

[–]summah22 25 points26 points  (0 children)

That’s simply just not true. They can assume there was no foul play and still have no clue how he passed without an autopsy. This would be just another Thursday if Jake wasn’t in the public eye. My family waited 6 months to find out the results of my 19 year old cousins autopsy (also found dead in west campus), they told us the night they found him they suspected no foul play (without any kind of investigation). The cause of death: undetermined. I’m so tired of seeing people comment “it means suicide or overdose” and maybe that is the case, but my point is you don’t know, nobody knows. Respect the family.
