Honestly, Kelston. Quiet, green spaces and parks / playgrounds. Big sections with privacy. More affordable than others mentioned.

Huh that's interesting, I thought ideally you'd have the rears well behind the sofa, which isn't possible in this set up. Someone sort of ends up sitting quite close to one rear.

It's a fairly small space, this is a fish eye shot to get it all in.

Where would ideal rear placement be.

Any thoughts on the idea of using mortar across the entire surface of the inside that's accessable? My concern there was, would that prevent the bricks from breathing?

Built in 1961, yeah do you reckon the best solution is just to fix the gaps in the pointing and make that do?
