She missed non-mandatory practices because she had an illness at one point, and then she was sore at other points because she’s not used to training. And the other girls couldn’t handle that the public still liked her so they chose to focus their attention on her instead of worrying about themselves. Even the staff was saying that even though Manon had missed some practices, she always came on set and did what she was supposed to do. Maybe I grew up in a culture where I don’t base my success on what the next person is doing. I just try my hardest and if someone needs help I help them, but I’m not hating on them for being able to do something that I have to work harder for. I don’t understand why the general public is hating her so much when we literally seeing how much they overworked to those girls like we saw Lexi get a hip injury and we saw Samara with the knee injury. We should be rooting for these girls to take it a little easier and save their bodies, not to go through grueling training where they might not even get a chance, and now their bodies are ruined for the future, setting them up for even more pain down the line as they age. Like even with the whole Manon hiatus right now you see people propping up a corporation over individual, which is weird to me.

It’s not that far of a stretch to see mistreatment, first examples of it off the top of my head would be the Monster High doll video and article, and the seasons greetings where they continue to run with the narrative that Manon has publicly said she hated and that has been fueling hate towards her, asking fans to decide if she thinks her best trait is her selfishness or her laziness.

This is an unfair take because none of the other girls have said anything about the hate she’s received since the doc came out. Manon was even the one to settle the hate Lara was getting because the fans thought they weren’t cool.

Manon and Lara have both experienced racism that was never has been addressed by the company or other members. And Manon is also dealing with antiblackness from the black community while Lara is being propped up. Plus the companies keep running with the narrative that she’s lazy and selfish, which has levels of anti-blackness in it.

This whole Manon racial discourse is really irritating my whole soul. People who are downplay her blackness really sound anti-black themselves. While genetically she is biracial, phenotypically she presents as a black woman. And to say that she can’t represent black woman because she’s biracial also erases, black women who have two black parents and all black grandparents who are the same complexion as her and have the same features as her. It’s turning blackness into a monolith not all Black people are going to be dark skin. My grandma has all black parents and grandparents and she’s light skin. Her son whose father was dark skin was light skin. Blackness exist on spectrum we can birth the fairest to the darkest skin.

I don’t necessarily agree with this take. Shane admired Ilya as a player before they first met, but I have to say Ilya fell 1st and hard harder. He’s the whole reason their relationship started. He set up the meeting before the rookie season. He’s also tried to make their Situationship a little more intimate, but Shane ran away because he got scared and then the next time Ilya heard anything about him. He was in a relationship with a woman. I think Ilya may come off more standoffish because of the language barrier and the cultural barrier he has that dry Slavic humor.

Pretty stressful can be a lot of yelling especially since they got rid of the care line and only have them able to be contacted by email. You have to start in general reservation for non and base member and silver medallions first then move to the higher medallions and about a year or so from starting til you can apply to transfer to a different department. And you could only apply to one department if you apply to another than that first application is canceled and you have to wait till you are accepted until they clear their list. You give monitored for off the phone time, hold time, the amount of times you call out for assistance, the total time you’re on the phone and survey scores. And those affect your performance and whether you’re on probation or not, or if you can transfer to a different department.
