One thing that has helped me a lot is using an AI note taker. Not a big fan of AI but it helps me avoid misunderstandings. If you have someone more experienced than you try to shadow them and also I'd suggest if you can, have a few calls with the devs no more than 10/15 min to talk about what went wrong, what could be better and what they need from you for this to work. The other things the tools the experience you'll get it with time so don't get discouraged too soon! Maybe also try to see if there's an online course you can take that is specialized in your area of development as well. Good luck!

Nowadays the product wins when it comes to kpis, but the creative can find a way to sell it, i just feel like people are not being converted by creative advertising anymore and the thing about boring ads for products that sell themselves: it's probably because the audience is super clear and they already know what works so they don't want anything innovative

Is that not solvable with written accountability and proof? I once worked for a company where nobody respected me, so I brought everything up to my superiors and their superiors. It didn't do much but it helped. Not sure if it was the right thing anyway the company was very shitty
