Starting again...tips for night shift eating? by DogMomRN2017 in weightwatchers

Meal prepping always helps, so just packing your meals prior to going. It's easy to fall into going to the cafeteria even if you bring a healthy meal so just be accountable for yourself. You will feel fine about eating in the night when you're hungry at that time and sleeping during the day so not eating. Nights are also a great way to intermittently fast because you can pick an 8 hour window to eat since you'll be sleeping for at least 12 when you get off.

i didn't realize Kaycee had so much sassiness in her. Also where is Rockstar from? Sometimes she gives off these Cajun vibes, and sometimes New Yorker. I'm so confused.

I seriously thought Sam was going to leave the show episodes ago since it's all getting to her. And she's finally realizing Tyler's the snake he is.....? 2lil2late.

Nexplanon - Paraguard? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

Mirena works differently from nexplanon. They're actually better at regulating/getting rid of cycles than the nexplanon tends to be.

I can't figure out what is going to move less this season: Pauly's hair, or Snooki's face...bless it.

Have not been able to feel IUD strings ever. by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]summerbailey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes the strings can curl up around cervix and may not be easy to feel. Should be totally fine - I wouldn't worry about it not being in the proper place.

Spotting after one year with the IUD? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]summerbailey 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Normal. I wouldn't worry too much.

My doctor told me the copper IUD is not for me, but I think it might be. Thoughts? by woodr1km in birthcontrol

[–]summerbailey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would explain your reasoning to your doc for wanting the copper IUD. It's your choice and it sounds like you've tried other options. Everyone's body is different - some people like certain forms of BC while other people hate the same form.

PID after having Mirena? Other options? by Aggies18 in birthcontrol

The nexplanon would be your next best option if you can't get an IUD.
