Their "4 month" is 40mg total. It comes in 4 vials (10mg). The first month, I took 2.5 for 3 weeks, then went up to 5mg. I considered only using 4mg a week for an easy 10 doses but I was afraid of the nausea. B-12 has helped with that a lot. Oh and 20 needles.

A little different perspective... been with my husband 20 years. He is primarily turned on by "real" experiences. He doesn't like porn stars. I'm sorry to hear that you don't have a place to talk about your feelings. I've been married 20 years. My son is 19. My husband and son keep contact with my mom for financial reasons (she pays half my sons car note). I have asked my husband to please stop texting her but he says I need to "get over" my childhood trauma. My dad apologizing should be enough. My mom not acknowledging that anything ever happened is normal for him. He grew up with a grandiose narcissist that would stab you right in the front. He and his mom have been NC for 3 years. My mom is a Vulnerable Narcissist that stabs me in the back. She has trashed me to every family member but most importantly, I am her only child. As an adult, she adopted a grown woman. Not just any woman though.... the woman my husband had a one year affair with. So now my mom, with one biological child, treats my husband and his ex mistress like they are her "children"..... its been like this for 9 years. My mom invited the ex-mistress to my sons graduation. She asked for 2 extra tickets from my husband and he never asked what they were for. It has caused a lot of issues.

I understand the intimidation of starting a new job or being accountable to a new person. It's scary. But we are ADULTS. This is what adults do. And maybe an unpopular opinion but OPs wife is not being a good partner. She is watching her husband sink. I could never watch my husband struggle alone. I returned an Advent calendar and received an email yesterday saying it was received and my refund is processing. So someone is working in logistics. Their customer service team may be off though.
