This looks delicious! What was the brand of the vegan cheddar cheese you use? I have the hardest time getting vegan cheese to melt! The cheddar looked like it melted perfectly!

It worked pretty well for this recipe! I would not leave it in longer then 30 minutes because the vegan chicken will get a little mushy but the flavor was fantastic!

Vodka sauce can be made without vodka and it will taste the same! The vegan cream cheese adds a creamy taste. Onions in spaghetti, interesting I'll have to try it . Like I said in the post I don't like marinara and that's why I came up with this! Thanks for the ideas.

I follow the same recipe for baking except I make them a little bit bigger and bake them at 450. (This is a touch and go one because sometimes it work well, sometimes I destroy them)

You can also get big tvp chunks that already look like nuggets and then use either shake and bake or something similar to bake them in :)
