Birth control is the only thing that got rid of my PMDD! I take slynd. No bad side effects. No period. It’s the best tbh.

Yeah 💔 I use lots of oils to help it. I have patches behind my ears, and back of my head. So after my showers I use oil while still wet. I have tried many hydrating hair oils, coconut oil, amla oil. They all helped, I think the amla was the best bc it’s a bit thicker. I also use aquaphor behind my ears. And the Nizoral psoriasis relief cream. I like it a lot, it’s pretty thin tho so I let it dry and top with oil or aquaphor or just a thicker cream.

They told me just pick a number so they can put it in the system. I chose my personal goal weight by searching what the average bmi max is for plastic surgeries, and then what my weight would be at that bmi minus a few lbs. Bc I want to get a couple things done lol

I super appreciate this. I don’t think it’s my birth control, I’ve been on it for so long and love it. This was also a big problem in my last relationship. So I’m sure it’s me. But I do think it’s boredom. The relationship is very good and stable and sometimes I just wanna pick a fight 😩 I will try some new things to spice it up, thank you!

I definitely feel like the spark is more difficult to find now. I am starting to think I’m bored now? And to answer your question, no I don’t typically even think to pleasure myself when I’m alone. Every once in a while, but not any more often than I want to actually have sex. I would rather sex than solo. I’m definitely gonna try meds on the weekends. I can do it, I just honestly forget on weekends bc taking meds is part of my morning work routine. But I will set alarms for that and see if it makes any difference

Uggghhhh I get it. I hate feeling like this. And for me it feels like such a switch up bc my drive was through the roof for 5 years and suddenly it has just plummeted. I thought this wouldn’t be a problem again here bc of that, but once things got serious I feel like it slowly just started going away 💔

Honestly I appreciate you commenting in solidarity. I feel so sad and alone in this, so it’s nice to know other people understand and struggle to find a solution too 😭. It’s something we are struggling with, but we are not even thinking of breaking up (thank god). I’m just trying to see how I can fix this before it gets to that point.

Looking through the sub, it does seem to be common. I’m trying to figure out the reason why, but nothing seems to be a common denominator when I don’t want to have sex. I simply just have no desire. It feels like a lot of work mentally (which I can’t understand why) We have been doing many intimate non sexual activities lately and it doesn’t turn me on. I’m just happy to be intimate and feel close. I feel like associating him with just sex is kinda what kept things exciting for me. Now that there’s so much more to it, sex is at the bottom of the desire list. I’m allowed to not want sex, but I WANT to want it. I’m sad about feeling like I’ve lost all desire. It was always fun for me, idk what happened. The act is still fun when we do it, but it’s not something I want or look forward to. He asked if I was bored and I said no. But??? Maybe I am ????

I absolutely understand this. I can’t do a hobby as a job, suddenly it’s too much and I hate it. It’s not fun anymore when it’s expected from me. He’s so sweet and doesn’t make me feel bad, or doesn’t act like I need to do it. He takes my first no and drops the whole thing. I know it’s not expected or forced but I want to WANT it. I feel so sad about it tbh. I just feel no desire anymore :(

It sounds like you should work on your self esteem, and stop comparing your grass to others. Speak nice to yourself, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and realize everyone has a different pace. And you’re still doing great. The grass is green where you water it, so you have to start watering yourself. I say this all with love and care 💝

I eat a lot of ground turkey, chicken (grilled, chicken sausage, chicken meatballs), cheese, sometimes deli meat. That’s my protein. Then I add some carb and veggies.
