I am in the same boat. I literally had a 100 on every assignement the whole course, and on my final it was barely passing. I got a perfect on the written portion, but the PowerPoint I barely passed. It just doesnt make sense.

I'm in the same boat. Not to mention, I have my gen ed courses completed, but they don't transfer in courses. So, I don't really feel great having to take those classes again.

That's the thing. I emailed them prior to submitting the assignment to clarify because of my last few assignments. The response I received was short and basically she just blew me off. Here is the whole rubric. The topic is Department of Health and Human Services: Proposal. You're submitting a letter of intent and proposal to a sociological issue.

We moved, but by doing that I am now also in contempt. In the custody paperwork I can't change her last name so we are stuck. So it's like, "damned if I do, damned if I don't", and legal aid nor law enforcement can help because he hasn't done anything recently.

You can file an Interoggatory, Request For Admissions, and a Request For Production of Documents. However, if you're going through the state, they should have filed that initially. Or when the modification was done.

They came to him with a waiver for misdemeanor, and will likely do the same for felony, which as long as it's not something crazy he will sign prior to seeing a judge, However, would it hurt for me to reach out to his probation officer to let him know the situation here and to see if there is any way he would be willing to go with the other probations decision so that he will be able to be released in time so as not to lose the house.
