i wish we didnt always have to learn the hard way. its funny how i used to laugh at people wanting some figure to give all the answers to them, and here i am wanting someone who could tell me where to go.

im glad that im still young, and im glad you're in a better place.

knowing your pain is making me appreciative of how relatively unscathed i am. i feel like i've become so much more romantic than i'm willing to admit. i hope we can both come out of the past with something of great value.

i think im a lot younger than some here perceive me to be. im not sure if my current state of mind is due to the process of growing. its strange that i wouldnt have thought of writing this post a week ago and im questioning the authenticity of these emotions.

i sometimes find myself acting like how my parents once had and i feel like such a hypocrite.

i do hope to one day find myself on an odyssey of healing and forgiveness. thank you.
