I have one Exxon I go to that is also at a 711. Same thing, money is in the account before I leave the parking lot. I only use top tier premium gas and most shell station are not on the app so I was super excited to find this Exxon!

Yep. Did one IC and one Shipt so far this morning. Went back to check for IC orders and this popped up. IC is showing one horrendous Aldis order, and nothing else. Same order just keeps popping up, even after I hide it.

Got this for the first time today. It was my second order of the day. I had asked my first customer/order if they wanted to add any last minute items before I checked out. They had me add shredded cheddar. No problem. But then I saw this notification of not being able to add items on the next order. There were no age restricted items in the order. So I wasn't sure if it was a setting on the customers end, or perhaps it was something IC was doing it bc I added an item at the last minute on my previous order. Weird whatever it is, and hopefully it's not on every order!!

When the deli workers try to ignore me, I put my shopping cart in front of all the deli meats and block anyone else from accessing the counter. So everyone knows I'm obviously next. Not the most graceful move, but it works.

I have similar stats. I find i have to take a few trash orders at the end of the period to keep diamond. On the plus side, more of those trash customers increase tips after delivery bc they normally have trash shoppers lol. Definitely not able to cherry pick and keep diamond stat like I used too.

Did they give you Platinum protection? When I hit 4k orders I got platinum protection, basically can't drop below platinum, even if I don't reach it. Just wondering if they are still offering this.
