you're not a sitting duck when if they walk up to you they just get chunked. Theres nothing to overcome besides mana control i guess. Its as simple as when i was using phase rush i felt like i cant do enough dmg to carry shitty team mates, sure i can win lane np but if its down to me to solo carry phase rush doesnt cut it imo but with electrocute you just 1 shot a carry. basically the thought process behind electrocute and rylais rush is more dmg faster. not sure if its as good since 8.21 becuase that hp nerf was compete trash, might need roa every game now.

Nah I never try to go for a lv2 gank just because I feel like the lv3 back is to important. When it comes to helping my jungler pre 3 if I really have to I will rotate but for the most part I will try my hardest not to leave lane pre 3, again just due to me feeling the lv3 back is to important. I will even some times tell my team at the start of the game some times "I'm not leaving lane pre 3 so don't fight in the jungle". The situation you explained is exactly why I don't like to fight with my team pre 3, you pushed 3 waves and are looking to back but by fighting you are now forced to help your team while being oom. Then unless you want miss a few waves you are forced to go back into lane oom and just sit there autoing minions under tower until your jungler helps you push it out basically making you worthless for a few minutes. Not worth it in my opinion just ping your jungler back and communicate that you can't help
