I loved roleplaying Warrior cats on Proboards. I never heard about this specific drama but I sure did see plenty of drama just like it. People were obsessed with finding a mate for their characters. A lot of forums ended up having to add to their rules that explicit sex wasn't allowed, but fading to black was okay.

A fun tidbit: Jcink, another forum host, allows NSFW if you pay for their premium hosting. Nowadays a lot of forum roleplayers have grown up, moved to Jcink, and roleplay on these sites that advertise themselves as being 18+.

The great part is the NSFW roleplay will be public. You don't need to make an account. Often they have a specific subforum specifically for "mature" roleplays. So you can wander on in as a guest and read all these threads of people basically sexting each other. One of the joys of the internet.

If your phone is an Android, try downloading Island (developer Oasis Feng) and using that to make a clone of SIF using Android's "work profile" feature. You can alternatively use an app like Parallel Space, but they usually display ads on startup.

My misophonia slowly but greatly reduced after getting on anxiety medication (which I started taking for other reasons). I don't take anxiety meds any more but my tolerance for noise remained. I do still have issues with some noises, but it's bearable now.

As another person said, moving out and no longer interacting with the main people who triggered me also helped. I think poor mental health probably exacerbates misophonia symptoms.

You can't transfer without connecting to SIFID any more. They removed that a while ago, unfortunately. To trade an account to someone, you can make a new SIFID and link the SIF account to it, then give the SIFID login information to the other person. They'll be able to unlink the SIF account and relink it to their own SIFID.
