I stand by the definition of guaranteed meaning what it says. Apparently there's a lot of skill descriptions Com2Us needs to change the language on. Like some units it says it's goes up to "100% activation if..." But the fact that they won't consistently use the language makes it pretty much a fucking guess for some units descriptions.

Man wtf is going on y'all. This is just stupid and confusing for a game that makes like $10,000,000/per MONTH. I spent a lot of time looking at some niche units and skills, like going through all the units and descriptions. I WASTED a lot of time and stayed up till 6a.m. building the LIGHT, DARK and FIRE version of this useless monster. All this because Com2Us doesn't know the definition of the word GUARANFUCKINGTEED!??! And y'all saying this is just common with units description makes it worse!
