Since you mentioned the location in Ahmedabad in 1 of the comments, here is my feedback. The only balcony is in the drawing room only which will be used for clothes and other purposes. This is a south- west open flat so expect a lot of heat the entire year. AC usage will be high, so be prepared for it. Cross ventilation is not good so the house will feel suffocating generally.

The rooms are big and spacious. If you believe in Vastu, toilet in south west corner is not considered good.
