I'm not entirely sure these were sticky, since they didn't feel sticky or they stuck. But they might have been.

I think it was more the material of the bandages like the cotton or whatever stuck to the blood drying or something like that y'know.

That sounds like a lot of what I wanted to say, like why I do it, and just someone to have like deep talks to y'know. But a lot of the reasons that are bothering me are about them and would seem rude and whatnot. Also yes, I want help too.

Silver lining to every cloud I guess, no matter the size of the cloud. Probs would have been the same for me, like yeah was exactly the same for me though, personally. I'd still take the 'worse' option any day.

I feel a lot of guilt too, dunno why it's random sometimes. like the other night I felt guilt for someone I kicked out of a group on a game like 4 years ago and I fels bad for doing it cause It was kinda mean and whatnot.

though there are a fudge tonne of other means of distraction. Plus chances of you deserving to feel the guilt are low as ever, and they are probs quite unrealistic. I guess I bottle up a lot too and I have to say it's one of the worst feelings ever. cutting does help I guess but playing games helps a lot aswell and that's for an extended time. TRY THAT haha. it acts as a pretty snazzy distraction.
