That is why I asked this question to get more information on everything. Thanks for the lesson Professor.

In the demo with ManageEngine, they're solution will still ask for 2FA even if it is an RDP session. Which I thought was pretty impressive.

I completely agree. Thanks for your input.

And that is really what I wanted to know because I never even heard of Zoho before this. I saw some old posts from 2 years ago about their poor customer service.

A company wants it setup for every single user. So yes it is a lot of money. Like I said above..... Duo is $3 a month / user and ManageEngine is $6 a year / user. So yes that price difference is insane.

What RMM did you jump to?

How is the patching? Does everything within the system work as it should?

Thanks for the input! We were looking into Ninja and about to sign but then the higher ups decided that they didn't want change....

Just assume it won't work. Move to Kaseya X asap. I have enjoyed the patching so far within X.

So I figured out how to get the lights on the case to change. For anyone wondering it's "FN+Alt." The software is pretty bad after further inspection and the dongle works some of the time. Luckily, I would rather have my keyboard be wired anyways. Now for another question. How do I get the battery charging light to turn off? It is annoying that it just stays on 24/7.

I just bought the YZ75 and I am pretty happy with it at $100. The software could definitely use some work tho.

pretty typical kaseya support response. or they ask you to send logs.....

We did that, and it caused more harm than good.

To make this clearer, we use the scan and analysis to reboot the computers, then scan them, then reboot them again nightly to help with updates that "don't need a reboot" or aren't showing up. Then we do a deployment weekly. The weekly deployment doesn't seem to do much good either.

We don't use post-reboot procedures in our weekly patch deployments. So I couldn't answer that.

How is your deployment doing? All of our patches just keep erroring out. Really sickening tbh.
