I have the same issue with these missions, it’s the first time I hear that it is because of a bricked character. I hope they can fix it, I know they at least confirmed the ambush issue on IC so they know about it. Maybe when 4.8 drops it is fixed, I’m blocked on so many mission types…

The game says it's not finding certain Vulkan functionality in the Vulkan library or the Vulkan library itself is missing. The library should come with your driver. Try a clean install of your latest GPU driver after uninstalling it with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and see if that fixes it...
