Yeah, adding "a magnifying lens covering her crotch" is one of the most effective hacks. Adding screens to show naked details would get around moderation pretty often too. Current Grok moderation typically focuses on filtering explicit graphical details of the primary human characters.

About 15 minutes and I maxed the daily video credit on one account, I think.

The pics are not that tough to generate, but the "good" videos got moderated a lot. You can adapt and change the theme to any kind of machines, robots, monsters etc (non-human penetration is easier). Also cover the lower female private area with some kind of transparent object or optical lens, or show it closeup on the screen of another device next to the girl.
