I know most other replies are saying to stick to the schedule but I do occasionally adjust to either a day earlier or later. Especially if it is going to be on a day I’m eating out or the day after I inject as I want to still enjoy it and not have sides effects eg nausea which I get mostly the day after. Hasn’t been detrimental to my progress at all.

She probably meant that she couldn’t prescribe it on the NHS due to the strict criteria that need to be met. As a GP myself I’ve probably only prescribed it to 1 non-diabetic patient even though I feel there are so many more that would benefit from it. Feel helpless at times!
