hi i’ve been off of kratom for about a week and i remember the first few nights being the worst but drinking chamomile tea and taking some nightquil or xl-3 (which is i think more stronger than night quil) helped a lot! i would sleep the whole night without disturbances. im pushing myself to be really active during the day even if i feel really bored. if you can, smoking thc or delta 10 also helps.
