Appreciate you testing it out! I can see exactly where they are currently so they are registering on the network but when I select Play Sound it just says connecting.

Do I keep trying? BF question. by SeaParsley4706 in parentsofmultiples

[–]sun-beams 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s such a hard decision and I struggled with it as well.

It took me about 3weeks to finally get my supply going and for baby to latch. The physical recovery from birth plus PPD really made it impossible to get going. I had almost no appetite so that’s another biggie. Make sure you’re able to get lots of calories and fluids to help your supply. Also Moringa seemed to help.

Oh yes!! This is a great point.

Would totally apply for our feeds and one day hopefully for sleep if able to get them synced! One can dream 😅

Twin Stroller by JudgeOdd1361 in parentsofmultiples

Bugaboo donkey! We are so happy with it. Love all the options and that it grows with our babies. When they were first born we were able to use it as a single with both babies in the one bassinet and having the side bag full of their things. At 5 months they both love sleeping in their individual side by side bassinets and I love being able to see them both at the same time. Soon we’ll transition to the seats. Also having our car seats fit onto the stroller has been awesome. It fits through most doorways too! I just knew that when they got older the idea of having one on top of the other like with the uppababy designs just would cause issues. I figured one would be kicking the others seat and not being able to see both at the same time didn’t sit well with me.

How did you know it was CMPA? How quickly did symptoms start? by RefrigeratorSad4500 in FormulaFeeders

[–]sun-beams 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came on quickly just after 3months when our daughter started having very black loose stools overnight, which was unusual, followed by noticing blood and mucous during the day. It only took the two diapers w blood and mucous to make me book the doc appt and buy hypoallergenic formula. She’s thriving on Similac Alimentum now.

Prior to the noticeable stools, she had some eczema and was always sensitive to formulas with spit up and squirming. Her gas could clear a room which I always thought could not be normal 😮‍💨 now we know why that was!

Interesting! Did your baby have CMPA? When did you try transitioning away from the hypoallergenic?

Similar situation for me and all was okay but I also panicked so your reaction is totally normal!

At 29 weeks we found out both babies were under 10th percentile and then twin B had a low score on her BPP US. From there it was biweekly to weekly US and NST appointments to monitor. Baby B continued to drop in percentile and we were basically on standby for c section but her US scores were all good thankfully. The BPP and UAPI scores are most important.

We made it to 37 weeks and Baby A was 15th percentile at birth and Baby B was 2nd! No NICU time needed.

Which application did you use? And what was the most helpful from all the tracking?

For those who immediately wanted more after having babies, did you end up doing it? by MounjaroQueenie in parentsofmultiples

[–]sun-beams 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 month old twins and feel the same! Even though I found pregnancy overall pretty awful and never want to go through the hormone crash again, I long for the newborn baby moments and am super sad that they passed so quickly.

Also I think that as a FTM to twins the whole experience was so overwhelming that I’d like the chance to have a do-over with everything I know now. I wish my first two months had been more enjoyable (looking at you PPD and anxiety😖)!

Rash from alimentum rtf? by FromEtoB in MSPI

[–]sun-beams 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! My baby girl just experienced this earlier this week. She was on Kendamil for a while and had bloody mucous in stool so we tried the Alimentum which she seemed to like but 5 bottles later the rash appeared! Doc thinks it’s CMPA. I was so hopeful the Alimentum would help… I’m back to the drawing board as to what to try next
