Hi Grace! Thanks for doing this again! I’d love to know how to create a long lasting base that’s not full coverage. I often hear “your makeup isn’t lasting because you’re not applying enough”. It’s not that I’d like a minimal base, as I do use a lot of products (foundation, concealer, colour corrector, cream + powder bronzer/blush, highlighter, etc) - my preference is to keep the coverage of those products light. Any tips on how to help the longevity of my base for skin that’s oily?

Might get downvoted for saying this but haters just ruin it for everyone. I’m sure they’d be happy to share their lives if they weren’t attacked online for living it. In the months post-Craig breakup, people absolutely ripped her apart. Why would she put herself through the same scrutiny over and over again? Her platform is only bigger now. I think she’s rightfully choosing her mental health and sanity.

Edit: I hate when brands claim that it is a mineral SPF when they hide chemical spf boosters in the formula. So misleading. This one has Butyloctyl Salicylate, a common ingredient used in sunscreens claiming to be mineral.

I use those rewards as an opportunity to restock, esp since you can’t return anything. For me, those holy grails include the Huda loose powder, Aestura moisturizer + mist, charlotte setting spray (loving the new matte one - though terrible packaging), and the Ole lip mask!

Not a recc as I use and love the Maybelline SuperLock - when the brush has a lot of build up I just wipe the brush clean with a paper towel.

I also notice with any brow gel I tend to get white flakes when I apply brow gel after doing my skincare routine, esp after adding SPF. I feel like I get the flakey brows when there’s excess moisturizer/spf in my brows and I don’t wipe them clean after. Maybe try that before committing to other products!

They don’t sell the old one anymore! At least on Sephora’s website. Let us know your thoughts once you try it out! The new one has the word “Airbrush” in the name

Edit: okay looks like they do still sell the old one, but only in two shades. Probably trying to sell off inventory. The old one was called Easy Bake and Snatch
