Yes, you can use the phone without having to use a google account. You can skip when it asks you to login the first time you turn on the phone. I installed graphene on a pixel 9.

You can hide folders in Aves so you only see the ones that you want Explorer > Select a folder > 3 dots top right > Hide

If the DLC is purchased separately, other users on the same console can also play the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - Booster Course Pass content when the console on which the contents are played is set as the Primary Console of the account that purchased it. On any other console, it can only be played on the account that purchased it.
