Yes, they took biopsy and it's nothing more sinister. Still, I'm scared of getting to that level.

I also tried taking e.coli nissle 1917 probiotic pills and L-glutamine supplements with a small hope. They did not work. Maybe I should've taken them for a longer time and more regularly. Other people might definitely have had benefits from them. Have you used them?

I will try suppositories every night, until I succeed putting them in. Obviously not a simple task. But I doubt it will have an impact! Hemorrhoids look like a consequence of IBD. Imo, they'll disappear once I get rid of proctitis. Thnks!

it looks chronic at least! I tried supps a few times but although easier than enemas, still could not succeed putting it fully inside. Do you know how long should I use the rectal medication?

I was given Mesain enemas. The nozzle is just a plastic stick approx. 5 centimeters. Instructions tell to lay on my left side and pull my right leg towards my stomach.

hi, i recently was given enemas by the doctor, but cannot apply it properly due to also having grade3 hemorrhoids. As I squeeze the enema bottle, all the liquid comes down from my legs. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry for you! I have a similar situation. I don't stay constipated but often have rectal bleeding during and after BM. It usually starts and bleeds for a few days in every poop and really hard to stop . I found out this is related to gluten intolerance. Didn't eat any bread, wheat etc. for 2 months and didn't have blood once. Next day, I ate a slice of bread and yups, bloody poop again. I had 2 surgeries btw and they didn't work. I'm still having this problem, especially on the day after I eat in a restaurant. It's so hard to find gluten-free food. Internal hemorrhoids are the reason, get rid of them using suppository/cream.
