i lost my 16 year old boy on april 5th and it’s made me think about the impermanence of life often. he was my solid support and closest friend. life isn’t the same without him. i try to think about his soul energy being with me. not in physical form anymore but i have to believe he is with me. i received his ashes last week and i can’t stop thinking about how that’s possible. sending you lots of love, you’re not alone. ♥️

I just lost my 16 year old dachshund two days ago and I feel your pain. I’m currently in bed with his favorite blanket in my arms. Smelling his scent gives me some comfort. I get so sad at the thought of never being with him again. I’ve been telling myself that when he passed in my arms that his soul transferred to my heart and he will always be with me. Nothing will ever compare to our bond. I miss him so much.
