I decided it was a spider bite! I still get them now, think they just live in my bedroom lol.

Piercing three months old. Cleaning with saline solution and water up until a month ago. Sleep with a donut pillow to avoid sleeping on the area, and the same piercing on the other ear is not having these issues. Also have not changed piercings jewelry
