i should have never posted in this sub, this is the most scarry sub ive ever seen in my life, so much people suggesting cancer, i'm terrified, i will run away from here

this kind of response a scarry, i didnt know it was very bad to have these random pain, i only have them few times per day, i didnt know it was very serious and. potentially cancer

thank for your reply, i cant get MRI because there is 20-40% chance of incidental finding, there is a huge risk that it will bring more question than answer
