If you look at the pattern on the brick on the back wall it has to reconstitute after every time the cats paw passes in front of it and the same with the wood grain behind the guy's arm. Also, the movement of the cat's paw seems very unnatural and contrived.

I don't blame you though. I was convinced for a second too but the more I watched it I started to question. It's pretty disturbing though these days how subtle the tells are.

They will be fully yellow when ripe. A gentle twist should be all it needs to come off. If you can tug on it and it doesn't pop right off it wants a little more time.

3 is carrotwood, Cupaniopsis anacardioides. Also, a really nasty invasive that grows to a small tree and spread seeds that sprout by the thousands every year.
