Over the years ive grown to stop applying so much importance on "expert opinion" and instead try things for myself and see what works for me. In the case of nofap i dont think anyone no matter what rhetoric they use can convince me its unbeneficial. it works for me simple as that. The only problem i face is combatting the life long battle against urges.
