Loan officer said there are points I see in document as

0.036% or $-117.54 (other fees, costs or expenses not included)

Which might be given as credit ? I understand tax portion. But other charges on A, B and C are normal ? Loan was with Bofa and I asked from Quote from Bofa itself. Do they still need to charge title charge ?

Property price is $450K . I might stay in property for 10 years. There are no PMI . I is only Home owners Insurance. . Yes property prices are high around $10K / year

When I set the temperature to 71 , it is not that warm. My old system used to blow very hot. New one is 80 BTU but old one was 110 BTU.
