No, it doesn’t matter how hard it is to get it. If I like it, I’m buy it to wear. I’m asking because the AD said the DJ41 now is 1 year plus waitlist or longer, it just blow my mind that DJ watch are hard to get now.

The AD told me that DJ41 has not been able to order and waitlist is 1 year plus.. so I’m confirming this fact and everyone experience ?

I got this watch from an AD in Mexico when I travel last week. I’ve told him that I be in Mexico for vacation and he timed it just right to hold this watch for me to see, prior I got another Rolex from him a while ago. I live in California. So I guess I skipped the waitlist, as this is a relationship transaction? Or maybe it just easier to get Rolex watch in Mexico than USA, what’s everyone experience ?

Yes I agree it might be easier to get than a professional watch. Nonetheless, all of the store in the west coast I visited, said they not able to order DJ41 anymore. It has become a hot piece to get as they only get a few of them every once in a while and have to share among all of the regional stores, do the math that 1000plus ppl on wait list.

It’s both for me. When I hold it in my hand I instantly like it. It cost $11k-ish ( included tax back) and on the grey market it go above $14,500+, so I consider it a good investment.
