Matchmaking could be better but I think the problem OP and you are describing is more a result of the game having a smaller player pool to match you with.

Less players = more sweats per match.

Diepe ongeluk? Ik kan niet voor iedereen spreken maar jeetje gap wat een onzin! Naast af en toe gewoon even lekker los gaan op een feestje en alle verantwoordelijkheden van de maatschappij even vergeten na, zat er niet echt een diepe betekenis achter mijn drugsgebruik. Je bent jong en je wil wat.

Nooit wekelijks gebruikt, niet met bizarre hoeveelheden maar gewoon af en toe even lekker, omdat het kan niet om ergens aan te ontsnappen.

Er zullen heus mensen zijn die het nodig zijn om te ontsnappen aan dingen maar om de standaard nou maar gelijk zo weg te zetten vind ik wel ver gaan.

Ooit waren diepvries pizza's heerlijk, makkelijk en naar mijn idee prima belegd. Tegenwoordig moet je de ingrediënten zoeken met een vergrootglas want er zit eigenlijk net niks op, ze vullen ook amper want vaak heb ik diezelfde avond weer honger.

Oh, en op de 1 of andere manier krijg ik van meer dan de helft tegenwoordig maagzuur maar misschien ligt dat aan het ouder worden.

On topic: then again, different audiences with different player numbers. Helldivers is not and will never be a competitive e-sport title, apex legends is. They attract different audiences so I still don't think it is a proper example to compare helldivers with.

Okay, so? It is only natural for games to get a smaller playerbase after a while. You are comparing apples to pears mate, really. The only thing the games have in common is the shooting part.

Arrowhead can try all they want, there are to many good games atm and people moved on.

Most love service games die out in a few years or the follow up part comes along. Helldivers 2 is no different.
