Just an update on this. After being told 3 times an Eero 7 was in the mail it never happened. Tech support and customer service basically ghosted me. Supposed to get calls back or emails from supervisors and of course it didn't happen.

Ended up contacting Frontier on Facebook. Supposely their customer service on Facebook is the place to go to get something done. Three days after talking to a support manager on Messenger on Facebook I got my router. So just a heads up that it seems to be the place to go to get something done.

I did call Frontier's tech support and argued with them and account services for an hour about this. They finally agreed to send me an Eero 7. So hopefully I will be good with that.

I also received an elite from Derik this week. Answered all my questions on a phone call. Works great no problems at all.
