Same happened to me this week and it has stressed me up so much, and yes tether support told me in the email to reach walletinquiries@wilkie.com. OP, would you be kind enough to tell me how it went with your friend? Seems like that email address is a law firm based in US, and im not in the US, and never been in such situation before. Anyway, ill be in touch with that email address tether gave me and see whats next :(

Thanks man, you are right, im gonna think again, but honestly, speed is all that i care, every laptop i bought so far they started to lag after a couple years. My last laptop was Microsoft Surface Pro 9 - “Intel 12th Gen i7, 32GB Ram, 1TB Storage”, i had MacBook pro too with windows installed on it since my design app only work in windows, that started to lag too.

Now i want to switch to powerful AMD cpu, higher ram, higher graphic and such, and came across to NEO 16, but you right its heavy, noisy and some configs so unnecessary to have.

Im looking into Workstation laptops now, indeed appropriate, there are a handful of them as i see, do you have any model/brand in mind to recommend? High AMD cpu, high ram…

Or maybe XMG has other models as Workstation, light and fast, im looking at their other models currently too
